Return Policy

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our product line, each piece is unique in their creation and there is a chance you receive a piece slightly different than you expect or see in the sample pictures (Colors, textures, bead size, order of pieces, fabrics, length, etc.). We will gladly exchange any item for the same piece within 15 days of original shipment date, if we have the item in stock. Your returned item must be in the original condition. 

Refunds

We accept returns within 15 days of original shipment date. We are only able to offer store credit. No refunds will be given.

Warranty

Damaged products may be returned within 30 days of original shipment date in exchange for the same product only.

Indies Attic reserves the right to restrict or disallow exchanges or refunds for any reason.
